This five-day instructor led course introduces basic support and administrative functions of the Data ONTAP® operating system. The course emphasizes core facts and concepts of a NetApp® Storage System. The elements of the Data ONTAP operating system covered in this course are Write Anywhere File Layout (WAFL) file system, volumes, aggregates, qtrees, and quotas. Hands-on labs for the course focus on the basic administrative use of Data ONTAP in NAS and IP-SAN environments. |
